Poolview  has a queen bed, luxurious combed cotton sheets, ensuite bathroom, TV/DVD player, MP3 dock and speakers, and sliding doors to a veranda with an outdoor table setting for two and a day bed.

Riverview shares the main bathroom. It has queen bed, luxurious combed cotton sheets, convertible sofa, CD/DVD player, MP3 dock, and panoramic doors to a veranda with an outdoor table setting for two and a day bed.

Creekview is a beautiful Bali hut set right in the rainforest, close to the house. It comes with a comfy double bed and low voltage lighting. Creekview shares the facilities of the main house.

All tariffs include a continental breakfast plus 24-hour self-serve tea and coffee.

A gourmet cooked country breakfast is available by prior arrangement for $17 per person per day. 

Dinners may be available, for a reasonable rate, by prior arrangement. Alcohol is BYO.

A guest bar fridge is available to store your drinks and nibbles.

Bookings We require a 50% deposit^ to confirm your stay, except specials and special events*, which must be prepaid in full.

Our preferred method of payment is by direct credit to our bank account. If you are happy to do this, please let us know and we will forward you our bank account details.

Alternatively, you may pay via credit card using PayPal. If this is your preferred form of payment, upon confirmation of your dates we will issue you with an email invoice which must be paid in full to confirm your booking. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or direct debit from your bank account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.

PayPal bookings attract a 3% surcharge, reflecting the commission that PayPal charges us.

Terms and conditions

All room charges, excluding deposits and prepaid specials, are due in full in cash on arrival. We may agree to payment by internet bank transfer at our discretion.

All meal charges must be settled in full in cash on the night prior to your departure.

Pay-3 stay-4 special is available Sun-Wed nights only. Minimum two weeks ahead. Must be fully prepaid. It is not available in peak periods or public holiday weekends. It is not valid with any other discount options.

All special rates must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Credit card payments attract a 3% surcharge.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. A late check-out may be negotiable if no one is checking into your room on the day of your departure. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late check-outs.

Minimum stay Like most B&Bs we accept reservations for a minimum of two nights. If you only have one night to spare, call us the day beforehand and we will be happy to accommodate you if we have a room free. There is an additional surcharge of $35 applies for single night bookings. Public holidays and and Easter have a 3-night minimum stay. Xmas-New Year has a 4-night minimum stay.

NSW and Qld public holidays and public holiday weekends attract a 10% surcharge (except peak periods where the surcharge is incorporated in the rate).

Cancellations

^Standard rates: 50% deposit paid upfront

All refunds and transfers incur a $25 administration fee.

14 days’ notice or more – Deposits are fully refunded less administration fee. Alternatively your booking may be rescheduled, subject to availability within 6 months of booking. (NB: Additional daily rates may apply, depending on season. Administration fee applies.)

Less than 14 days’ notice – Deposits are not refundable or transferable.

*Discounts & special events: 100% paid upfront

14 days’ notice or more – 75% refund. Alternatively your booking may be rescheduled, subject to availability, within 6 months of booking.  NB: Additional daily rates may apply, depending on season. Administration fee applies.

7-13  days’ notice – 50% refund. Alternatively your booking may be rescheduled, subject to availability, within 6 months of booking.  NB: Additional daily rates may apply, depending on season. Administration fee applies.

Less than 7 days’ notice – Payments are not refundable or transferable.
